Combine all ingredients of the Chia Seed Pudding mixture. Whisk for about 30 seconds then potion into 4 serving glasses. Chill in the fridge.
After 30 minute stir each pudding container with the back of a chop stick or straw to evenly distribute any chia seeds that sink to the bottom. you may repeat this process at the 1 hour mark. For best results Refrigerate overnight to give Chia pudding tie to fully set.
Once the Chia Pudding is fully set make the Dalgona Coffee mixture when youre ready to serve. Using a Mixer with the whisk attachment blend the ingredients of the dalgona coffee mixture for about 2-3 minutes until color has lightened and stiff peaks have formed.
