Chop up the olives, chives, and parsley and place them in a mixing bowl
Add in the cream cheese, mayo, Gin, olive juice, and crumbled blue cheese, then mix until well combined.
Taste and add salt & pepper as needed. Add additional gin or love juice if the dip is too thick
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Serve with your favorite low-carb dippers like, pita, veggies, pork rinds, or low-carb crackers/chips
