This low-carb Dirty Martini Dip is the perfect Happy Hour appetizer. It’s easy to make, travels well, and can be made in less than 15 minutes. You can make it boozy or booze-free—I’ll leave that up to you!!

What Youll Need

Cream Cheese: You can use full-fat or light cream cheese if you want to cut the calories a little bit. Make sure to set it out at least 1 hour before preparing the recipe so the cream cheese can soften up.

Mayonnaise: Once again, you can go full-fat or light depending on your caloric goals. Just no miracle whip, please.

Olives/ Olive Juice: You can use any green olives you prefer; since we are chopping most of them up, size won’t matter much. I really like to use Castelvetrano Olives for their beautiful green color and briny flavor.

Blue Cheese: elevates this recipe, but if you don’t like blue cheese, you can use feta or good-quality parmesan, which will still be delicious.

Gin/Vodka: I see some recipes that call for no booze in their Dirty martini dip. What fun is that? I add a few splashes of liquor to give the dip a zip and help with its consistency. If you have kids at the party, you can skip this ingredient.

Fresh Parsley: Since we are classy, I feel we needed some parsley for the dip’s color.

Chives: I like the subtle fresh onion flavor that chives give, but scallions will also work.

How to Make Dirty Martini Dip

The best part of this dirty martini dip is how quickly it can be prepared, mostly with ingredients you probably already have in the fridge.

  1. Start by chopping your olives, parsley, and chives, then add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the crumbled blue cheese and the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. You can use a stand mixer or just an old-fashioned plastic spatula.
  3. Taste and add seasoning as needed, and add a bit extra olive juice or liquor if the dip seems too dense. Remember, it will tighten up slightly as it chills in the fridge.

What to Serve With Dirty Martini Dip

I used Cutdacarb Flatbreads, which I drizzled with olive oil and topped with salt and pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees F.

You can also use any low-carb chips, pork rinds, and veggies.

Storage Tips and Variations

You can store the martini dip in the fridge in a sealed container for up to one week. I would not recommend freezing the dip, but if you have too much leftover, try using it as a filling for stuffed chicken or pork chops.

Since there are many variations on the dirty martini, you can add many additional ingredients to the dip. Try adding:

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives
  • 3 oz Bleu Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh
  • 1 tbsp Chives fresh
  • 2 oz Gin or vodka (optional)
  • 1 oz Olive Juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the olives, chives, and parsley and place them in a mixing bowl
  • Add in the cream cheese, mayo, Gin, olive juice, and crumbled blue cheese, then mix until well combined.
  • Taste and add salt & pepper as needed. Add additional gin or love juice if the dip is too thick
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Serve with your favorite low-carb dippers like, pita, veggies, pork rinds, or low-carb crackers/chips

Save a few whole olives to use as garnish, and keep some served on toothpicks as well.
Pro tip* You can substitute sour cream with mayonnaise for a slightly thicker, tangier dip.
