Pepperoni Keto Pimento Cheese Recipe
Spicy Pepperoni Keto Pimento Cheese Dip Is an easy to prepare low carb recipe that's ready to enjoy in minutes.
Great for dipping veggies, Pork Rinds or the Low carb Crackers Quevos made from egg whites.
Pimento Cheese is a southern staple that is also one of my favorite Keto snacks.
The smooth creamy dip combined with diced pepperoni takes this version to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Other ways to enjoy Keto Pimento Cheese
Pimento cheese can also be a wonderful topping for pork chops or chicken breast because when baked the pimento cheese becomes melty and delicious.
You can also make one of my favorite quick appetizers, ham and keto pimento cheese pinwheels.
Simply layout 6-8 slices of thinly sliced deli ham making sure the slices are overlapping.
Then spread a thin layer of pimento cheese over the ham and roll it up into a log.
Next wrap the ham and pimento tightly and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
Finally unwrap and place toothpicks ½ inch apart across the top and slice in between the the toothpick. It’s an easy Keto appetizer that everyone will love.
How to Make Pepperoni Keto Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
- 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 oz Pepperoni Diced
- ¼ cup Scallions
- 4 oz Pimentos Drained
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- ½ tsp BBQ Dry Rub
Instructions
- Chop up the pepperoni and scallions then add to a bowl with remaining ingredients.
- fold all ingredients together until well combined. Serve with your favorite dippers like pork rinds, low carb chips and veggies.
Pro tip* Take the dip out of the fridge 30-45 minutes before serving so it will be easier to spread.
