in a blender combine all ingredients except Chocolate chips and Bacon. Blend until smooth. you may need to push down the sides of the blender to incorperate all ingredients.
fold in half of the bacon and half of the chocolate chips into the brownie batter then pour into a 9x6 baking pan lined with parchment paper and lightly sprayed with oil. top with remaining bacon and chocolate chips.
Bake for 40-45 minutes then use a toothpick to test if the brownies are fully cooked. stick the toothpick into the brownies. if it comes out clean theyre done. if not cook another 5-10 minutes.
Once brownies are fully cooked let cool completely before cutting into 15 equal squares
