Pour 2 tbsp into the waffle iron, then add a pinch of chopped bacon, then add your stick and a 1/2 slice of American cheese, then two more tbsp of the batter.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden, then remove from the waffle maker onto a plate. Top with a pat of butter and sugar-free syrup if desired.
