Wash and clean radishes, Trim of both tips then cut larger radishes in half. smaller ones can remain whole.
Place radishes in a bowl and toss with remaining ingredents so that the radishes ae evenly coated with the mayonnaise and seasoning
Pour radishes out into the castiron pan and spread them out in one even layer. Roast the radishes for about 30 minutes until parmesan cheese is golden and radishes are tender. Garnish with sliced scallions.
