Brown off ground beef until fully cooked in a large pot over medium heat. Strain off grease and remove ground beef from pot.
In the same large pot on medium heat sauté onions, peppers, riced raw cauliflower and diced bacon with avocado oil until veggies are soft and bacon is cooked (7-10 minutes) when bacon is about half way cooked add in dry seasoning to infuse flavors
Turn heat to medium low then add ground beef back into the pot and cook for a few minutes before adding the Spicy ketchup, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, coconut aminos, Worcestershire and sambal oelek. Stir for about 5 minutes
Next add almond butter and baking chocolate stirring until melted
Continue to simmer on low for 30 minutes or up to a few hours to intensify flavors
