Melt butter in a pan and then add in your chopped ham, saute for a few minutes until you start to get a little color on the ham then toss in ½ of the shredded cabbage. Let the cabbage cook down for a minute or two then add the rest.
Season and tast the cabbage with salt & pepper or any seasonings you choose then turn off the heat and fold in your cheese. Garnish with some scallions for freshness and color and thats a wrap.
