Quick and Easy Keto Ham and Cheese Casserole made in a cast iron skillet in less than 15 minutes. Cant get much simpler than that.
A Keto Comfort food recipe that is inspired by the egg roll in a bowl recipes we all love but using classic ham and cheese.

This will be a new series of recipes giving you super easy to make dishes that only have a few ingredients and can be made in a snap. I'm going to break all of the rules of a blogger.
No long stories about where the dish originated, no helpful tips just a straight to the point recipe with no filler.

How to Make Ham and Cheese Casserole
Equipment
- 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter or any fat source you prefer
- 16 oz Pre Shredded Cabbage Coleslaw Mix
- 8 oz Cooked Ham or any Pork Product
- ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar or any shredded cheese you like
- ¼ cup Scallions Optional
- ⅛ tsp Real Salt season to taste
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper season to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan and then add in your chopped ham, saute for a few minutes until you start to get a little color on the ham then toss in ½ of the shredded cabbage. Let the cabbage cook down for a minute or two then add the rest.
- Season and tast the cabbage with salt & pepper or any seasonings you choose then turn off the heat and fold in your cheese. Garnish with some scallions for freshness and color and thats a wrap.

Things you'll find in my house at all times include pre shredded cabbage, shredded cheese and multiple forms of pork products. In this case Ham.
That's pretty much all you need to make a filling dinner in less then 15 minutes. All you need to do is saute the ham and cabbage, toss in some cheese and season to your liking.
You can season this any number of ways from just salt and pepper to maybe getting spicy with a bbq rub or cajun seasoning.
Bacon or leftover pork of any kind can be subbed for the ham and the cheese is whatever you have available. Well that's about It for this recipe so Enjoy and let's get Cooking!
