In a cast iron skillet saute diced celery, Ground Chicken until chicken is almost fully cooked. pour in hot sauce, wondrose or other keto sweetener and simmer until sauce begins to thicken. Pour in heavy cream and reduce by half then fold in your cheeses.
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for just a few minutes until slightly tender. Once the cabbage is tender top with additional cheese and dill. Drizzle with ranch dressing (optional)
