You’ve heard of pepperoni pizza. You’ve heard of jalapeño poppers. I’m about to shake up your world … have you ever had a pepperoni pizza jalapeno popper? If your answer is no, we are about to change that!
This recipe is everything you love about pizza and jalapeno poppers married together into something perfectly delicious.
It has the pepperoni and cheesy goodness we all know and love loaded into a jalapeño and air-fried to melty perfection. I mean what else can you ask for?
For them to be keto-friendly? … Don’t worry, they are, and no one would even know they are eating keto.
Keto Jalapeño Poppers
We can all agree that appetizers are perfection on a plate. Is there anything better than kicking off a meal with friends or family and enjoying great food?
Personally, I can’t think of anything better. Growing up, food is where the family came together. It is where we talked, laughed, enjoyed each other’s company, and most importantly enjoyed the food.
Food brings people together – for whatever reason that may be, let’s make sure the food is delicious and the conversation (or football game) is going!
And what goes better with family and football than these delicious keto jalapeño poppers?
I have been making these for years and it is one of my favorite keto recipes to break out this time of year. It is perfect for Sunday night football, tailgates, cookouts, or gatherings, like Thanksgiving!
With only a few key ingredients, these keto jalapeno poppers are quick and easy to make and can be on the table in 10 – 15 minutes.
Pepperoni Pizza Keto Jalapeno Poppers Ingredients
Cheese: There is truly nothing better than the perfect combination of cheeses in a jalapeno popper. For this, you will need ricotta, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese.
Meat: I used Hormel brand pepperoni. Don’t love pepperoni? You can swap it out with bacon, sausage, and even mushrooms!
Seasoning: The right seasoning makes the dish! Grab your minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Don’t be weak wristed on the shake.
Jalapeños: You can’t have jalapeno poppers without jalapenos! When it comes to jalapeños, you are going to want to use the freshest large jalapeños you can get your hands on.
How to make Pepperoni Pizza Keto Jalapeno Poppers
Combine. In a medium-sized bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ricotta, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and half of the chopped pepperoni.
Transfer Filling. Once the filling is combined transfer the mixture to a piping bag, or storage bag, and set aside until needed.
Prep Jalapenos. Start by cutting the stems off of the fresh jalapeños, split them in half, and scoop out all the seeds.
Pipe. Now that your jalapenos are prepped and ready, pipe the cream cheese filling into the jalapeños then top with shredded mozzarella and chopped pepperoni.
Cook. Pre-heat your air-fryer to 350 degrees. When ready, air-fry your poppers for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve. Serve hot with your favorite pizza sauce!

Pepperoni Pizza Keto Jalapeño Poppers
- Air Fryer
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Ricotta
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 3 oz Pepperoni
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 8 Jalapeños Large, Fresh
- ¾ cup Shredded Mozzarella
