Ingredients Needed to Make Broccoli Chicken Nuggets
With only 5 ingredients, these nuggets come together with little effort and are worlds better than any frozen chicken nugget that comes out of the freezer.
- 2 cans Canned Chicken Breast
- 12 oz Frozen Broccoli
- 1 cup White Cheddar shredded
- ¾ cup Pork King Good Breadcrumbs Ranch Flavor (optional)
- 3 Large Eggs
How to Make Broccoli Chicken Nuggets
Shred Chicken. Open 2 cans of chicken breast, drain out all the liquid and shred the meat, set aside
Process the broccoli. Next, take your broccoli and place it in a food processer. Pulse until the broccoli is chopped into small even pieces. Transfer to a pan and cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until thawed and all the moisture is evaporated. Move to a bowl lined with a paper towel and chill for 20- 30 minutes until room temperature.
Form mixture. In a large bowl add Pork King Good Ranch Pork Crumbs, shredded white cheddar, broccoli, chicken breast, and 3 large eggs. Use a spatula to combine all ingredients until you can form the mixture into a ball.
Prepare air fryer. Spray the tray of your air fryer then form the chicken mixture into 16 nuggets weighing roughly 2-3 oz each.
Air fry. Cook the nuggets in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F. Flip the nuggets over and cook for 10 more minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like my homemade ranch or my 5 ingredients blue cheese dressing.
